Looking for a short break somewhere special then why not try Menton. This pretty gem on the French Riviera has its own microclimate with over 300 sunshine days a year and a really great place for an autumn break. Only a short journey from from Nice airport if driving or with a direct tram link into the center of Nice and easy rail access all along the coast to Menton.
A visit to the colorful old town is a must and there are lots of shops, bars and many fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance. A special favorite of ours and we will be visiting in September so:
